The basis for the Winglet bellows is our Duplet system.

We have succeeded in reliably covering the corner of the machine and sealing it against the ingress of dirt (e.g. chips) thanks to a sophisticated "over-corner system". Depending on the cover angle and the respective application, both internal and external angles as well as a combination of both systems can be integrated.

Properties of WINGLET:

  • Robust angle cover, consisting of a bellows with telescopic plates
  • A wing on the sheets ensures the contact pressure of the sheets
  • Reliable protection against dust, dirt, heat, chips and liquids

Advantages for our customers:

  • Application for internal and external angles - combination of both possible
  • Thorough wiping effect, tried and tested many times under heavy chip infestation
